Elizabeth Dawson-Hahn, MD, Pediatrics Dr. Dawson-Hahn is interested in pediatric nutrition (both malnutrition and obesity), urban poverty and refugee health.
Whitney Waite, MD, Pediatrics Dr. Waite is interested in medical treatment of newborns in the hospital, including readmission for issues such as jaundice and sepsis, as well as exposure to Baby Friendly Hospitals influence breastfeeding practices in developed countries.
2nd Year Fellows
Meghan Kiefer, MD, General Internal Medicine Dr. Kiefer is interested in improving the delivery of primary care within diverse communities and also to evaluate their success.
Avani Sheth, MD, Family Medicine Dr. Sheth is interested in studying the need to implement more effective strategies in primary care to underserved populations.
Joe Simonetti, MD, General Internal Medicine Dr. Simonetti’s research interest include studies to define those who are at a disproportionate risk to contract HIV/AIDS, as well as the identification of barriers to continuity of care, linkage to care after diagnosis, and medication adherence in HIV/AIDS. He also has interest in primary care populations, specifically targeting the socioeconomically disadvantaged and those of refugee or immigrant status.
Elizabeth Wolf, MD, Pediatrics Dr. Wolf's background is in the study of measles and HIV. She is interested in studying sexual networks in HIV + adolescents during the fellowship.

Tina Neogi, MD, Family Medicine Dr. Neogi is insterested in studying clinical informatics, quality improvement, and primary care and global health.
